Introduction

Organisation#

An Organisation is the legal customer of Fabrix. It owns the Organisation Balance and the account relationship. Organisations are created only by a Platform Admin — there is no self-signup.

A Platform Admin may suspend an Organisation (not hard-delete). While suspended, inference and Top-ups stop; the dashboard remains read-only for usage, balance, and appeals. Billing mode is either commercial (prepaid) or internal (sponsored access without wallet debit).

Project#

A Project is a cost center inside an Organisation. Optional monthly Project Budgets can block calls when exhausted. An Organisation needs at least one Project before any API Key can exist.

API Key#

Exactly one active API Key per Project authenticates inference. Rotation is a hard cutover: the old secret dies immediately; the new secret is shown once and stored hashed.

Fabric Model#

Clients request a Fabric Model slug (for example apparatus-pro). Responses echo that name only. Upstream provider model names, headers, and error text are never returned to clients.
